Dean Message

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our esteemed university’s nursing school. Our commitment to excellence in nursing education, research and practice is unwavering.

In our pursuit of producing exceptional nurses, we foster an environment that values compassion, knowledge and innovation. Significant alterations in the healthcare setting are having an effect on professional nursing practice in a number of contexts and opening up new avenues for the nurse to expand her position. As they redefine roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for providing high-quality patient care, professional nurses will need to strike a balance between clinical outcomes, functional outcomes, quality of care, patient satisfaction, financial outcomes, and nursing administration in traditional and non-traditional settings.

Since we firmly believe that nursing students bear the responsibility and accountability for high-quality nursing practice, it is imperative that they receive the proper instruction, guidance, and close supervision from knowledgeable and experienced staff.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your decision to pursue your ambitions of becoming a professional nurse by enrolling in School of Nursing.

Warm Regard

Prof (Dr.) Ranganath M.G
BSc (Nursing.), M. Sc (Nursing), Ph D, MBA (Hospital Management)
